Labine Builders, Inc. is a high end custom home building and remodeling contractor servicing the Vail Valley. After building in the valley for 19 years, Todd Labine founded Labine Builders in 2006 with the philosophy of achieving the highest quality results through direct personal involvement in every aspect of each project. Client interaction and project management are always handled by Todd Labine thus ensuring tight control of the budget, schedule and quality. Accordingly, LBI only takes on a limited number of projects allowing us to stay extremely cost effective by eliminating the need for large overhead expenses, resulting in increased value for the project.

Being directly involved in high end residential building in the Vail Valley for over 18 years, has enabled Labine Builders to foster a tremendous team of talented subcontractor's and suppliers who's resources are allocated wisely depending on the scope and budget of each project. We have also established great relationships with many of the Valley's top architects and designers which is beneficial in helping create a dynamic team for a successful project.
